Jim came out and measured up the openings for the replacement windows. The windows and fitters arrived on the day they said they would. The installation process was clean and tidy and the men were polite and helpful. A FENSA inspection took place whilst they were fitting the windows and they dealt with the inspector direct, meaning I didn’t have to have any technical knowledge from start to finish. A real bonus to know that I got what I wanted, when I wanted it, for the right price!
